PRODUCT INFORMATION
All items are brand new, unless otherwise stated.
We will do our best to give accurate measurements and sizings, but do allow some discrepancies.
We will try our best to display the actual color of the items on our website. But the color that you see depends greatly on your monitor's setting, hence we are unable to guarantee that it reflects the exact color of the items upon delivery.
We reserves our rights to reject/refuse any orders in cases where there are mistakes in publication, such as prices and promotions.
We may re-evaluate our pricing strategy from time to time without any notice.
Availability of items is subjected to changes. In situations where the item is available when order is sent in, but goes out of stock before payment is confirmed, we will notify you via email.
All prices are non-negotiable.
PURCHASES & PAYMENTS
We reserves our rights to refuse order if:
- The item ordered is not available.
- We're unable to authorize the payment made by buyer. Buyers are advised to retain proof of payment.
- We're in doubt of the buyer's intention.
Payment is to be made within 48 hours.
Items ordered will be placed back for sale if payment is not received in 48 hours.
Proof of payment (eg. snapshots of ATM receipts) must be submitted upon request to verify that the buyer has made the payment.
If we are unable to verify the buyer's payment, and the buyer is unable to provide us with the proof of payment, it will be considered as payment is not made, and hence, the order will be made invalid.
RETURNS
Ilovenotebooks do not except any returns/exchanges/refunds.
Every item will be checked for defect before sending out and we will not be liable for any item that is spoilt during delivery.
DELIVERY
We will not be liable for any missing parcels if buyer chooses normal postage as delivery mode, neither will we be liable for delayed parcels.
A S$7.00 (inclusive of gift-wrapping + personalized message) will be charged if buyer opts for home delivery.
*Ideal for delivering a surprise present.*
In cases where the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful (eg. nobody at the address to receive the item), an additional charge of $5 is required for re-delivery.
